Message : I was looking for a catering for my daughter's sweet sixteen party and I chose chef Victoria to make it, I was absolutely impressed by the food experience. great specialty soups to start, completely different appetizers from our normal selections we know everywhere, dinner that exceeded all expectations and finally she surprised me with dairy free cake the one I was asking for it, she made amazing chocolate mint cake decorated with two chocolate fruit baskets. her food was great and delicious the best I've ever had! she also offers suggestions for substitutions in her recipes which is nice. let me tell you this woman is a food genius, pure and simple. I encourage you to try her foods you won't be disappointed!
