Here's How it Works:

After you contact Chef Victoria we will set up your in-home consultation. At that time we will extensively discuss the food likes and dislikes of everyone in your home that I will be cooking for.  Any special dietary needs and/or food allergies will be covered as well.  Remember, Chef Victoria is your "PERSONAL" chef so all the meals prepared will be exactly what YOU want to eat. This includes any special family recipes from your collection and all of your favorites.

 

Our meeting will result in a customized menu and we will set your first cook date. It is not necessary for you to be home when I'm cooking.



When your cook date arrives, I'll begin at the market by finding only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available.  Looking for organic?  No problem. Next I'll arrive at your home, carrying groceries and any necessary tools.  Depending on your menu, cooking and clean up will take between 4 and 6 hours. I will package and label all meals and place them in the refrigerator or freezer (you will decide this at our consultation - often depending on frequency of cooking dates).  A menu listing all items and heating instructions will be left, your kitchen will be clean and your house will smell divine.



Chef Victoria recommends weekly or bi-weekly service. However, less frequent options are available based on your needs.

Chef Victoria Personal Chef Service is available to you in various packages based on the number of entrees you would like.
