ABOUT Jane & White Lotus Sanctuary

It is my belief that we were all born with the tools and abilities to heal ourselves. Through the years our bodies, minds and spirits often get weighed down and knocked off balance by stresses and traumas both physical and emotional. We are constantly striving to succeed and survive in a world that rarely offers us a path or the space to re-balance and heal. Sickness, distress and disease then take over our bodies. It is the western way to treat these conditions with medication which further sends our bodies and minds askew, but it need not be this way. Reiki can be used alone or as an addition to your current health protocols. I am and have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and in the years I have practiced I have yet to see anything that gives so much hope to changing how we feel and interconnect.

Reiki energy assists your body in healing itself. Reiki provides you the space and path that allows you to heal. It is my intention to share the gift and the path of Reiki.  It is my belief that Reiki which is spiritually guided light energy can assist the process of healing if people as are willing and open to receiving it. Thus each person can find the space to relax, breathe, connect with their higher self and heal. While Reiki can be a spiritual healing path, it requires no belief in any specific religion or any religion at all. In fact, Reiki does not even require you to believe in itself for it to work.

While my practice focuses on relaxation and balance, I am available to and willing to treat and teach anyone who seeks my help and is willing to take the steps to heal themselves and connect with the world in a positive, loving way.

I can hold a mirror of love and light without judgment or personal pain. I can stand as a light in the darkness and confusion and have a great willingness to serve in this way.

Jane is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and light healing practitioner who has been in the healing field for over 35 yrs. Jane is also a Registered Nurse, Certified Aroma therapist, massage therapist, and trained Raindrop facilitator which is one of her specialties. She is a Certified Sundara 200 Yoga instructor with additional training in Yin Yoga. Jane has extensively studied Metaphysics and is an expert in healing with crystals and gemstones. Her gentle, loving, presence immediately puts others at ease and her healing abilities are extraordinary.
